Starfields
Productions is a full service multi-studio recording/production
facility located at 463 Amherst Street in downtown Buffalo,
NY, only one hour flying time from New York City, and a 2
hour drive from Toronto, Canada. Founded in 1984, Starfields
has grown from a recording hobby of local owner and musician
Alan Dusel, to one of the premier recording and production
facilities in Western New York.
Starfields
is a full service facility, offering not only state of the
art studio and "on location" recording, but a full
compliment of related services including song production,
music arranging, large scale project coordination, product
manufacturing, video services, and graphic design. We offer
engineering training and internships through our "Recording
and Production Workshops", professional audio and equipment
consultation and sales for your own private project studio
or public address needs, as well as PA and live sound support
and design, consultation, sales, and installation for your
live venue, theater, or house of worship.
At
Starfields, you can rely on our staff of experienced and well-trained
engineers, producers, and musician roster to help you obtain
that "sound" that your next recording deserves.
Utilizing the latest in hi-tech computer hardware and software
digital technology, and with our large compliment of vintage
recording equipment and microphones, we are able to accommodate
any project needs that you may have. All of our engineers
and technicians are also accomplished musicians, headed by
Alan Dusel, owner and chief engineer/producer, who has earned
a BFA in Music Performance and Education from the State University
of New York at Buffalo.
Our
spacious 5-room complex can facilitate any recording project,
be it large or small, full band or solo artist, full CD or
demo. Whether you are recording for the first time, or are
a seasoned professional, we are sure you will feel relaxed
and comfortable at our well-equipped studios.
